It's part treasure hunt, part surprise gift — and it's so much fun! Here's how it works: you start by choosing your envelope theme (Capybara, Sparkle, or Walk-By-Faith) and how many envelopes you'd like. Each coloured envelope in your collection hides the name of a random item inside — think things like a Pen, a Notebook, Stickers, a Bracelet, and more. We open each envelope one by one in a satisfying ASMR-style reveal video on our TikTok and Instagram, then pack all your revealed items into a beautiful box and ship it straight to your door anywhere in South Africa. 💜

We currently offer three themes, each with its own personality and collection of items:

🐾 Capybara — for the quirky, cute, and capybara-obsessed!
✨ Sparkle — all things glittery, pretty, and fun.
🙏 Walk-By-Faith — uplifting, meaningful, and heartfelt.

Each theme has its own curated set of possible items, so your envelopes will always feel true to the vibe you chose.

The more envelopes, the more items in your box! You choose your quantity when selecting your product — the options range from just a few envelopes for a small treat, all the way up to a bigger haul for a serious treasure experience. Each envelope = one item revealed, so your total envelope count is how many goodies end up in your box. It also makes a wonderful gift — just pick the theme and quantity that suits your budget!

Some lucky envelopes contain a little extra surprise — a free bonus gift on top of your revealed item! Bonus envelopes are randomly included and are never guaranteed, but when one shows up in your reveal it makes it even more exciting. Think of it as a little extra love from us to you. 🎁

Selected orders are featured as ASMR envelope reveal videos on our TikTok and Instagram — but not every order is filmed. If your order is chosen, your video will only be posted after your box has been delivered so nothing is spoiled beforehand. If you'd love to be tagged, simply leave your social media handle in the order notes at checkout and we'll make sure to include you!

Since items are randomly assigned through the envelopes, there is a small chance of receiving similar items — especially with larger quantities or if you've ordered from us before. We do our best to keep things varied and exciting, but because it's a random draw by design, duplicates can occasionally happen. This is part of the mystery experience! If this would bother you, please feel free to reach out before ordering and we'll do our best to advise.

Yes! We deliver to doors nationwide across South Africa. Delivery times vary by location — Gauteng orders typically arrive within 2–4 business days after dispatch. Once your order ships, you'll receive an automatic email with your tracking details. Please make sure your email address is correct at checkout, and check your spam folder if you don't see anything from us.

Absolutely! Every envelope theme is curated with children in mind — the items are age-appropriate, safe, and genuinely fun. It also makes a brilliant birthday gift or school treat. We do recommend that a parent or guardian helps younger children place their online order.

All sales are final — we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Because the items are randomly revealed through the envelope draw, we are unable to guarantee specific outcomes. Little Lizzy's Treasures is a mother-daughter passion project born in Pretoria, South Africa! Our six-year-old Lizzy is the heart and soul behind every envelope — she helps choose the treasures, and anything she loves might just end up in yours. After Lizzy faced some challenges with her upper jaw development and needed dentures, we wanted to channel that journey into something joyful and creative we could build together. We film faceless ASMR-style reveals, pack every box with genuine love, and send them to treasure hunters all across South Africa. Thank you so much for being part of our little world. 💜
